Allowance

 

  • This tournament is open to all football amateur teams related with aviation business (Airlines, Airports, ATC - Air Traffic Controllers, Handling, Cargo, Catering, Travel Agencies - Sales Agents, Partners / Suppliers or others).
     

  • All players must be aviation employees (or former employees), however each team is allowed to bring up to 2 players outside aviation (but non professionals football players).
     

  • During the registration process, teams must present Company ID Cards confirming that the players belong to the aviation business or that are not professionals football players.
     

  • Non-aviation amateur teams are allowed to participate. 
    The organization can provide wild cards and this decision should be taken by the organizers.
     

  • Teams can apply unlimited players, staff or guests.

Elite Cup

  • Teams that want to play against the strongest teams and the main purpose to participate is to win the competition.

Friendly Cup

  • Teams that just want to have fun, make new friends and play football no matter what the final score in each game will be.

Package

​

  • To participate at this tournament the organization provides 5 packages:

    - Executive package
    - Economy package;
    - Basic package;
    - Low-cost package.

​

  • To apply, participants must accept all the services included in each package.
     

  • Other packages with less services WILL NOT be provided to participants. More services can be included in each package with extra costs.
     

  • To be part of the tournament, the packages must be requested to the organizational committee.
    Anyone who doesn't book a package with the organizational committee will not be considered as a participant at AFC and cannot be part of a team.
     

  • The captain / manager of each team is responsible to collect the money from the whole team and make the payment of the packages to the organizational committee .
    Individual payments are not accepted.
     

  • We have limited availability for each package and also limited rooms available at each hotel.
    For this reason, we will give priority to the teams that send us the payments within the deadline date.
    On the other hand for teams that do not make payments or payment is made after the deadline, we can not guarantee them the requested package or even a spot in our tournament.

Team Fee
 

  • 210 Eur (Elite Cup) with registration form until 15th of September 2020.

  • 160 Eur (Friendly Cup) with registration form until 15th of September 2020.

Package

​
 

  • Between 75% and 100% of the package price by bank transfer until 30th September 2020
     

  • Remaining amount in cash before start of the competition draw.

 

 

(*) To get the Early bird prices, payment must be made until the deadline date.
If you fail to pay the packages until the deadline you won't be able to get the early bird discount,


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 

  • If the team fee and / or packages are not fully paid before the start of the competition draw, teams will not be able to enter the draw and, as consequence, will not play in our tournament .

Deadlines for cancellation and no-shows

 

 

  • Team fee is non-refundable
     

  • Until 29thFebruary 2020 - 100 % package refund;
     

  • After 01st March 2020 Package will not be refunded.

Football Games

 

Our tournament will be played at Gouna stadium training field on three  Natural 7-a-side pitches

Cancellation of the tournament

​

  • In order to allow the organizational committee to organize AFC El Gouna, a minimum of 4 teams must participate in each Division (Elite & Friendly).
     

  • Tournament can be cancelled if less than 8 teams are registered in all division.

Image rights

​

Photographs and/or video will be taken in this event. By taking part on it you grant the organizing committe full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
