Location

SALOU

is a municipality of the comarca of Tarragonès, in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain.

The city is approximately 10 km from Tarragona and Reus and 112 km from Barcelona.

Aside from its string of beaches interrupted by rocky coves, and its landscaped promenade, one of its main attractions is the PortAventura World resort.

Package

To participate at this tournament the organization provides 4 packages:

- Executive package;
- Economy package;
- Basic package;
- Low-cost package.

To apply, participants must accept all the services included in each package.
Other packages with less services WILL NOT be provided to participants. More services can be included in each package with extra costs.
To be part of the tournament, the packages must be requested to the organizational committee.
Anyone who doesn't book a package with the organizational committee will not be considered as a participant at AFC and cannot be part of a team.
The captain / manager of each team is responsible to collect the money from the whole team and make the payment of the packages to the organizational committee .
Individual payments are not accepted.
We have limited availability for each package and also limited rooms available at B&B Hotel Barcelona and Cambrils Park Resort.
For this reason, we will give priority to the teams that send us the payments within the deadline date.
On the other hand for teams that do not make payments or payment is made after the deadline, we can not guarantee them the requested package or even a spot in our tournament.

Payments deadline

Team Fee

150 Eur with registration form ( until 31st August 2019 ).

Package

Between 75% and 100% of the package price by bank transfer until 31st August 2019;
Remaining amount in cash before start of the competition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If the team fee and / or packages are not fully paid before the start of the competition, teams will undergo a 3 - 0 defeat for each game played without having made the full payment.

Deadlines for cancellation and no-shows

Team fee is non-refundable
Until 31st August 2019 - 100 % package refund;
From 01st September 2019 to 15th September 2019 - 50 % package refund;
After 15th September 2019 - Package will not be refunded.

Bus Transfers from / to Barcelona airport

Transfers to Salou

- Bus transfers from Barcelona Airport to Hotel B&B will run on Thursday 03rd October 2019 for Executive and Ecomony packages.

- Bus transfers from Barcelona Airport to Cambrils Park Resort (Salou) will run on Friday 04th October 2019 for Basic package.

We will schedule 4 departures depending on teams' arrival flights and in order to fill the buses with many people as possible (minimum 20 people).

Transfers to Barcelona Airport

Bus transfers from Salou will run on Sunday 06th October 2019.

We will schedule 4 departures depending on teams' departure flights and in order to fill the buses with many people as possible (minimum 20 people).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All transfers from or to Barcelona Airport requested by teams (or individuals), on different days or timetable, will have an extra cost of 450€ / bus each way.
All airport transfers will be made by BUS (for a minimum of 20 people).
We will not provide transfers for small groups or individuals by taxi, uber or other kind of transportation. This kind of transportation much be considered as a personal cost.

Football Games

Our tournament will be played at Futbol Salou football complex (10 min walking distance from Cambrils Park Resort) on four artificial 7-a-side pitches

Cancellation of the tournament

In order to allow the organizational committee to organize AFC Salou/Barcelona, a minimum of 4 teams must participate in each categorie (Men and +35 years old).
Tournament can be cancelled if less than 8 teams are registered in all categories.
